Each Pixie Stitch crown and wand is carefully handmade, which means every piece is unique and created with great care.
Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from large retailers.

Change of Mind
Due to the handmade nature of Pixie Stitch Co creations, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us before purchasing.

Custom Orders
Custom pieces are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
We will always discuss and confirm the design with you before starting your custom creation.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we will happily arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
