Are Pixie Stitch Co products handmade?
Yes. Every Pixie Stitch crown and wand is lovingly handmade by me, one stitch at a time.
Because of this, each piece is slightly unique and may have tiny variations that make it truly one of a kind.
What age are the crowns suitable for?
Pixie Stitch Co crowns are designed to fit most children from around 12 months to 8 years thanks to the adjustable ribbon tie at the back.
They can also be loosened to fit older children/adults depending on head size.
Are the crowns comfortable to wear?
Yes! Comfort is very important to me.
Each crown is made from 100% merino wool felt and lightweight embroidery, designed to be gentle and comfortable for little heads.
Are the pieces safe for young children?
Pixie Stitch Co pieces are made with delicate embroidery and sometimes small beads or embellishments.
Because of this, they are best suited for supervised play and are not recommended for extended wear for children under 18 months.
Can I order custom pieces from you?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces.
If you have a special idea, theme or colour palette in mind, you can submit a custom request through the Custom Orders page.
Availability for customs may be limited depending on workload.
How long will my order take to ship?
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom orders may take 1–3 weeks depending on the design and current order volume.
You will always receive tracking once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Pixie Stitch Co ships worldwide.
Shipping times vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I care for my crown?
Pixie Stitch Co crowns are delicate handmade items.
To keep them looking beautiful:
• Spot clean only if needed
• Do not machine wash
• Store flat or hanging
• Avoid pulling embroidery threads
Each order also comes with a care card.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of Pixie Stitch items, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem, please contact me and I will make it right.
Are your crowns good for gifts?
Absolutely! Pixie Stitch crowns make beautiful gifts for birthdays, dress-up boxes, flower girls, and special childhood milestones.
Each crown is made to feel like a little keepsake - something that can be treasured long after the adventures are over.
